Terms & Conditions (Non-Package Lessons)

• Rain Cancellation (Before Lesson): No cancellation fee will be charged if the lesson is cancelled due to rain before the lesson begins, including trial lessons.
• Cancellation (Less Than 48 Hours): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a charge of 50% of the lesson fee.
• Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur the full lesson fee.
• Rain During Lesson: If a lesson is interrupted by rain, the fee will be calculated based on the actual lesson duration, rounded up to the nearest 10-minute interval.
• Refund Policy: All payments made are non-refundable.
• Trial Lessons: Booking a trial lesson does not guarantee a permanent timeslot. Priority will be given to students who have purchased lesson packages or committed to long-term coaching if scheduling conflicts arise.
• Lesson Validity: Non-package lessons must be completed within 3 weeks from the date of booking.
• Trial Lesson Rescheduling: A trial lesson may only be rescheduled once.
• Additional Participants: The number of participants must not exceed the quantity stated in the booking. Any additional participant(s) will be charged at the applicable lesson rate. Jun Tennis Academy reserves the right to refuse or delay the commencement of the lesson until all outstanding fees have been paid.
• Students participate in lessons at their own risk. Jun Tennis Academy and its coaches shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings arising from participation in lessons.
• We do not pay for your Condominium deposits or any Condominium fees.

Terms & Conditions (Package Lessons)

• Package Validity: 5-lesson packages must be completed within 7 weeks, and 10-lesson packages within 14 weeks. Unused lessons after the validity period will be forfeited. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Jun Tennis Academy.
• Cancellation: There is no cancellation fee for package lessons, provided the package is completed within its validity period.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a charge of 50% of the lesson fee.
• Make-Up Lessons: Make-up lessons may be arranged subject to the coach's availability and schedule.
• Rain Cancellation: No lesson will be forfeited if the lesson is cancelled due to rain before it begins.
• Rain During Lesson: If rain occurs when 30 minutes or less remain in the lesson, the lesson will be considered completed and the full lesson fee will apply.
• Student-Initiated Early Termination: If a student chooses to end a lesson early for reasons unrelated to weather or the coach, the lesson will be considered completed and the full lesson fee will apply.
• Refund Policy: All package purchases are non-refundable.

All physical activities include a risk of injury. While Jun tennis academy tennis coaches will do their best to ensure the safety of all tennis clients, we will not accept liability for the injury or loss of life of any persons at any of its tennis lessons.

You authorize any representative of Jun Tennis Academy to obtain any medical assistance for yourself or your child as deemed necessary. You consent to any such medical treatment and will be responsible for the costs.

You shall indemnify Jun Tennis academy and its directors, staff, and coaches against any actions, claims, and liabilities arising from your participation or your child’s participation in any of our tennis lessons.
